10 REASONS WHY I LOVE THE BEACH....

It's no secret.....and anyone who knows me, knows how much I love the beach....

 

There are a million reasons why I love the beach, but for this moment I am going to try to narrow it to just 10 reasons why I love the beach, why I want to live at the beach, why the beach brings peace to my soul, and why I can't wait to be at the beach again ASAP!

 

 

The sunset is absolutely amazing.... each day it is different,  the yellows, the oranges, disappearing behind the clouds and into the mighty ocean.  For me, peace is watching a sunset and knowing who to thank.

 

 

the surrounding trees, hidden paths, caves and quiet streams that flow into the ocean holds a special place in my heart....

 

The low tide intrigues me... all the life that goes on below the deep sea.  sea niname's, crabs, seaweed, clams, oysters, sea lions, and I love when I spot starfish. 

 

No matter how old I am....I'm a kid at heart, and I just love beach toys, the shape, the bright colors, shovels and rakes, buckets of every shape and size, the joy of using the imagination when building a sandcastle....

 

 

the feeling of sand on my feet....warm loose sand as it slips through my toes

 

bright colors..whether its an umbrella, beach ball, Frisbees, sailboats,  or surfboards

 

 

watching and feeling all the happiness and joy that the beach and ocean brings to everyone! 

 

 

Kisses on the beach....I love it!

 

 

running into and out of the waves....brings so much silliness...

 

 

This sign says it best!!  Life is so much better at the beach...

 

It hasn't been easy to stop at 10 reasons why I love the beach...I found myself wanting to continue on.  I still have so many more reasons why I love the beach....I will defineltly have to share 10 more reasons and then 10 more reasons and surely 10 more!  Writing messages in the sand, fog rolling in, watching boats coming into the marina with their catch of the day, a fire, roasting hotdogs and s'mores, the smell of salt water, the sound of waves breaking, and taking the time and giving thanks to my Almighty God for creating all this and letting me soak it all up and know that I can shake the sand off my feet but will never be able to shake the love for the beach from my soul.  The beach so does my soul well.....and all because of His Amazing Grace...
