AMAZING GRACE........
Here I go.... my first blog.... i have wanted to do this for along time... yet of coarse my mind tells me that i cant learn all this "stuff"... but my heart tells me i can, so, i am going with my heart:)
Amazing Grace, how sweet the sound, that saved a wretch like me...i once was lost but now am found, was blind, but now, I see.
T'was Grace that taught... my heart to fear. AndGrace, my fears relieved. How precious did that Grace appear... the hour I first believed.
Through many dangers, toils and snares... we have already come. T'was Grace that brought us safe thus far...and Grace will lead us home.
When we've been there ten thousand years...bright shining as the sun. We've no less days to sing God's praise... then when we've first begun.
Amazing Grace, how sweet the sound, that saved a wretch like me...I once was lost but now am found. was blind but now i see.
There is so much about me.... one of them is this hymn... one of my absolute favorite hymns... and simply the words "Amazing Grace" i believe that a few words of inspiration or a simple thought that comes to mind, could perhaps make a world of difference in the life of someone in need. although there are different versions to this beautiful hymn ( one of my all time favorites is by Elvis Presley) these words to Amazing Grace are what we have found to be most common. Amazing Grace seems to be a song which many of us can relate to, as individuals, as a country, as a world, as we go through changes, struggles or walk new paths. From the words, and the healing medicine of music this song offers some kind of inspirational comfort when reflecting back on memories, or dealing with current times while simply getting through life on lifes' terms. I know it does for me.
Amazing Grace.... how sweet the sound.....
I am one blessed girl...who is just amazed by what a wonderful gracious God that I know loves me, protects me, guides me, and forgives me.
So as for me..... it's simply "AMAZING GRACE"
